When you are taking water, try to reach out for filtered or bottled water as you are sure of its cleanliness.

Sleep

As much as most people try to maximize their time as possible and fix many events and activities in a short span of time, sleep is equally important. You will not miss out on the fun if you try to create a balance. Sleep will make our body heal, make digestion to be smooth and keep us energized for activities. Eat healthily

Most of the sickness that people get while they are traveling are stomach related. Most people travel with curiosity to try different palettes and cuisines. Stomach sensitivity depends on individuals as there are those that are more sensitive than others. Try as much as possible to eat healthily. Take care of your skin

There is no harm in carrying some meds. If you are prone to allergies, make sure that you have some anti-allergy meds with you. Some meds may not be the same as what you would have at home so if you are specific about your meds carry some.

Exercise

There are many ways that you can exercise while you are traveling. Even if you are not backpacking, you can take walks, you can do swimming, jogging and any kind of exercise. Try to exercise even if it is once in two days and walk as much as you can.
